Going Linux ?
I have been thinking about trying out linux for a while now. Each day I see more momentum towards it as an alternative to Windows and Microsoft which I have never been a big fan of. If I can get away without it, great.

I currently use a version of Damn Small Linux every once in a while with my thumb drive, but it would be nice to tweak it more. I just need to learn more Linux stuff. I can do that. I am a smart guy.
I have students who have computer issues (different OS’s, pieces of software, etc.) It might be nice if I could give them a CD at the beginning of the semester that has all the programs that they might need on it. Firefox, abiword, openoffice. That could be cool….
